Below are some highlights you will see in GrantHub after 8pm Mountain Time.
Task notifications and reminders sent via email can now be copied to multiple recipients. This feature will allow you to keep other team members aware of approaching deadlines - even if they are not assigned as the Task Owner. Additional recipients do not need to be set up as GrantHub users to receive these notifications and reminders.
When changing the organization Administrator, the previous Administrator will be assigned a Writer role and keep all assigned tasks and opportunities. Previously all tasks and opportunities were automatically re-assigned to the new Administrator.
The list of users can now be filtered to view Active, Inactive or All users. The list default is to show only Active users.
The primary address check box will no longer show when editing the contact address.
The Opportunity by Status report will use the Date Submitted (if available) to include opportunities with a status of ‘Submitted’.
The note changed date will update when a note is edited.
An error message will display when there are html tags in a text area. This includes Notes as well as Funder, Opportunity, and Task Description fields.
Adding a Funder Contact when creating an Opportunity will save the Contact and add it to the Opportunity.
The date columns in the Answer Library will sort as dates.
The dates on the Tasks by Status report will sort as dates.
When uploading documents to an Opportunity, the documents will show on the page without needing to refresh.
